Rocheberie Council at Rugby was the first local meeting that the District Grand Master, R Ill Comp Peter Wellings, had attended after his Investiture on November 6th, also at Rugby. The DGM was accompanied by several acting District Officers, who were treated to a splendid personally researched presentation by Ill Comp Peter Stokes, the District Grand Director of Ceremonies. The presentation focused on the degree of Super Excellent Master, and explained some of the more obscure connections in this degree, including the unfurling of the banners at the appropriate time. Ill Comp Peter will be happy to present his talk at other Councils as and when required, please enquire if this interests your Council.
The District Grand Master said how pleased he was to be at Rugby again, especially after such a successful Installation meeting, and encouraged the members of all Councils to spread the word about this wonderful Order, with the aim of boosting our numbers.
